The kids woke up excited this morning because their best buddy Mina was coming over. It was a sunny day, but a bit cool in the 50s, so we were going to just play inside. Even so, when I came out of my room after an early morning nap - both kids had their jackets on. I'm not sure why.
I put Tuana on a mat on the floor for the first time - and she seemed quite happy to kick around there and push out her gas. Teoman and Tomris got down there with her too. So far, Tuana seems okay with it ... but I'm not sure how long it will last. Lots of little hands and faces everywhere. I laughed later in the day when my friend Emily came to pick up Mina - she was juggling Tuana between the three kids who each wanted to hold Tuana after they saw Emily holding her. Then, while Mina was holding Tuana - Emily was kneeling by the couch, supporting Tuana's head while Teoman and Tomris were climbing all around and on Emily.
That's my world these days.
